History
Proreco was founded in 1999 and is focused on realization of industrial floors. Its founders are Ing. Martin Holenda and Rudolf Zimen, who until this day act as the CEOs of the company and cover key positions within the company’s leadership as well as its production.
Since the company’s founding up until today, the primary philosophy of the company was to distribute complex industrial floors – from selecting the appropriate technology, through realization until sequential service of used floors.
Our goals are focused on the highest quality standards since the very beginning
Our aim is to provide customers with optimal industrial floor solutions realized in the highest quality standard and with related service. We have tried to achieve this target by having quality and stable human potential as well as investing in state of art technological and machine equipment. In 2001 we have thanks to this managed to realize floors for Volkswagen and to its industrial park.
Company investments are targeted at modern technologies
The most significant step while building our company was the purchase of LaserScreed technology in the company’s inception, which we were the only ones equipped with in whole of Slovakia.
Huge investment of a young company into specialized equipment has proven itself as the best choice made. Thanks to these machines, the daily company production rose to 6.000 m2 of concrete, machine smoothed floors on daily basis.
Quality equipment, stable staffing, cooperation with world’s foremost producers and dedication of the company’s leaders are factors thanks to which the company worked its way to the position of a leader in industrial floor realizations.
Our biggest customers from the portfolio of construction companies are Goldbeck Co., Takenaka Europe GmbH and STRABAG.
In the developers area, they are CTP, Verdion and HB REAVIS.
Present time
In 2016, the company headquarters was finished in the industrial park Trenčianske Stankovce. Tailor fit building with strong industrial interior brought, along with attractive working environment for employees, significantly better manipulation, storage and parking areas. Much better highway approach was quite welcome by both distributors and customers.
Currently the company employs 40 people, but thanks to its activity, directly generates job openings for additional 100 people. Our aim is to not only transfer quality into floor realizations, but also into the employment process, by which the company increases the quality levels of employment in Slovakia. The company also actively contributes and supports sports and cultural events in the region.

We are attending specialized seminaries, presentations and trainings, held by the material and equipment manufacturers. We also visit significant abroad exhibitions to bring current trend into our processes.
The company has begun from scratch in 1999
The starting headquarters were rented areas in the Pod Sokolicami high school building in Trenčín.
